Kaila did an outstanding job for me. She began by sorting out my closets, which she is quite good at.Then I bought a house with a quick closing date. Kaila did a fantastic job on a couple of projects I had promised myself I’d eventually get to but never did. She turned our 100 year old closets into functional walk ins that allowed my family to stay more organized without breaking my budget. The design matched our needs and allowed for everything to have its place in those two spaces. Kaila supervised the moving of my boxes cross country during the summer of coronavirus. She charged a fair price despite there being very few competitors working at the time and was easy to work with. I highly recommend her. She was good at following directions but seasoned enough to apply her own good judgment and common sense. She represented me when I couldn't be there by signing papers with the movers, taking pictures of the boxes and locking things up. She was kind enough to Fedex one expensive item so it arrived unscathed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend!

Kaila is an unbelievable human being. After interviewing several people, I hired her to help organize and pack through some serious chaos, and she handled it with grace. She was my sidekick during a pretty intense transition with my kids as we moved out on our own. She helped coordinate many helping hands, load and unload, and unpack too. Not a single thing was broken in our 3200 square foot move! I couldn't possibly recommend Kaila more. Hire her!

Kaila did a great job for me and was so helpful and efficient! I have a tendency to put random things in boxes - especially when cleaning up for an event or finishing a job. Then those boxes get forgotten. When it came time for me to move I had sooo many of these R.S. boxes (random .... stuff) that needed to be dealt with. I was determined not to pack any randomness when I moved! Kaila helped to make order out of the chaos - sorting (much more quickly than I could, as I seem to need to read everything I touch), shredding, and helping me purge as needed. I highly recommend her. Let her help you out.

I will start by saying Kaila is my daughter, and she offered to do some organizing for me for free while she was visiting me this spring. But, I had some really messy areas and I insisted on paying her the normal rate, because I value her time and she deserves to be fully compensated for professional work.
Kaila organized my kitchen, my pantry/laundry room, my sewing room, my very large closet, my storage shed, and my hall closet. She worked quickly, and the end result was fantastic.
Kaila won't ask you to "get rid of your stuff," instead she asks what your end goal is - do you want this mess sorted and stored? Do you want to organize and display your items attractively? Do you want it sorted by keep versus toss? Sorted by similar items?
She even suggests storage solutions and will find them (totes, boxes, storage unit) or build them (bookshelves, cubbies) for you!
Daughter or not, I definitely got my money's worth, and have had no problem keeping the areas she decluttered for me neat and organized!

I hired Kaila to assist with downsizing my home and possessions of 32 years. Kaila was great to work with, inspired me to stay on task. Very willing to help wherever the help was needed. She dropped off donation items to charities, or took my discarded trashy stuff to the dump for me. Also took the things I kept over to The storage facility and got that space organized.. She also provided referrals for junk haulers, and auction companies. She is organized and prompt, and pleasant to work with. I will hire her again when I commence my second purge next summer.

Great work decluttering: sorting, consolidating, identifying items to toss. Once my priorities were identified, she was able to work quasi-independently. Very efficient, worked fast and steady. When done she took all trash for dumping and items for donation. Although a bit pricey, I would hire again.

“Kaila Randall and I worked together at Pacific Science Center with the Camps for Curious Minds summer program. With over 10 locations, 65 different camp themes, and multiple programs running at the same time, there were a lot of logistics to keep up with. During each week of camp, we would run over 30 individual programs. Kaila was part of a team responsible for ensuring each program had the supplies they needed for the day, while preparing supplies for the next week.
To store all the supplies for such a large program, we had a storage room that held all the supplies for the summer. Shelves and shelves of supplies purchased and donated over the year. Kaila worked diligently to ensure the space was organized, clean, and functional. With the hectic start to the summer season, the space was in desperate need of order. She took on the challenge and over the course of the summer, was able to bring organization to the space, cleaning out unnecessary items, improving functionality by rearranging items, and refining our inventory to guarantee we had the correct amount of each supply.
